The Amazing Fruit Cake is not just another fruit cake. I have always loved fruit cake (ever since I was in my mother's womb according to my Mom :)). Ever since I found this recipe (which was many years ago), I have used it every time I bake my fruit cake. This cake is not as sweet as most fruit cake that I have tasted before. I love the flavor and wonderful texture. And the aroma of the cake baking in the oven is simply irresistible. I wish I can attach the smell here..

Close friends and family have numerous times requested me to bake for them the cake (they are also willing to pay for it) but I have also turned them down numerous times. This is because for me the preparation is quite tedious. The ingredients are expensive. Not to mention the long hours of baking required. However, I think it's about time for me to share this amazing cake with others especially with fruit cake lovers like me out there who is still looking for the perfect fruit cake. Who knows this cake can even turn some non fruit cake lovers into one ;).  I won't be surprised..
